Questions are welcome before the first conversation.

A little clarity can make taking the first step feel easier.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

You are allowed to ask questions.

How do I know if counselling can help me?

You don’t need a diagnosis or a crisis to seek counselling. If emotions, relationships, confidence, work, studies or daily life have become difficult to manage, counselling may offer useful support.

The first session is an opportunity to understand what brings you in, what you hope to change and what kind of support may be useful. You can ask questions too.

Session length can be confirmed when you book. Frequency can be adjusted based on your goals and circumstances.

Privacy and confidentiality are central to the therapeutic relationship, subject to applicable professional, ethical and legal exceptions.

Online availability can be discussed when you enquire and confirmed before scheduling.

There is no universal schedule. Frequency can be decided collaboratively based on your needs and goals.
